This dog is named Hero and this is the amazing story of how he got his name

After a terrible car crash on an empty Georgia road, Shannon Lorio found herself trapped in the woods, barely conscious, and suffering from a brain hemorrhage.  That might have been the end of the story if it wasn’t for the incredible actions of a stray German Shepard.
